It generally takes us about 15-20 minutes to set up events with 1 inflatable. A little longer for larger events or multiple inflatable events.

No. The Bouncy should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Please give us a call as early as possible to give us a chance to rent your item to someone else. Cancelling 8 days or earlier before your event is a full refund. Cancelling 7-1 days before your event will result in losing your deposit. Cancelling on the day of your event will result in full charge.

Yes all orders require a $10 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
